Book your Shoot!
Give us a call and we will book you on our next availible date! Here we will also obtain all the info we need to shoot the house and get you the photos you need.
Photoshoot of the house
We will show up ON TIME to the listing, shooting the listing usually take between 1.5 – 2.5 hours. We are flexible with any house situation you have for us!
Photo Editing
We know time is of the essence with publishing your listing so we do our best to edit quickly and still getting you stunning, high-quality, HDR images to help you sell your listing.
Delivery!
We deliver your finished photos in HD and MLS ready quality within 24- 48 hours of the photoshoot before 3:00pm on the day of delivery!

Our Team
Matt Davis
Photographer & Editor
After Graduating from Payson High School, Matt attended Grand Canyon University for 4 years receiving a bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship. He started Divinity Creative in 2017 and has been serving the Payson community since.
Grace Davis
Photographer & Editor
Living in Payson since 2007, Grace Graduated from Payson High School and started her education at GCU. She moved back to Payson and started working for Divinity Creative as a Video + Photo Editor in 2018
Travel
Shoots outside of the Payson/Star Valley City limits will be subject to a $25 – $150 Travel Fee (Ex: Pine, Strawberry, Hunter Creek, etc)
Cancellation
Divinity Creative requires a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation of said photo shoot. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a minimum photo shoot charge of $50 fee.
Usage and Rights
If you have paid in full, you have the Rights to use the Products. You agree that the Rights to use the Products have been granted only to you. You agree not to transfer, assign or sub-license your rights to use the products, or the photographs, video or other media contained therein, to anyone without written permission of the copyright holder / Divinity Creative LLC. Your Rights permit you use our photographs, videos and other media for marketing purposes including multiple listing services. However, your Rights do not permit third-parties to copy, display or distribute our work for the purpose of providing services competitive with our Products unless we give you our written permission. For real estate, these rights are valid indefinitely, so long as you have the listing. If you no longer have the listing, you are giving up the rights to use the Products. If anyone asks you for any of your Rights to the Products, you agree to refer them to Divinity Creative. If we agree to allow others
